Crispy Pakoras
I finally convinced my grandmother to film a recipe with me! She’s making Kadhi Pakora next week which is a type of curry with pakoras- which are fried chickpea fritters that soak up all the delicious gravy. You can make pakoras with tons of different vegetables and toppings- but this is an amazing base recipe for pakoras that you can make in advance and freeze until needed.
Ingredients:
(makes ~25 small-ish pakoras)
140g chickpea flour (besan)
175-230 ml of water
