Happy Monday, everyone!
It’s a new month and a new beginning. We’ve finally managed to secure a new flat with a lovely kitchen, and I’ve been cooking.
It feels so good to be able to focus completely on my social media and get back to doing what I love the most. As tough as this last month was, it really taught me the importance of perseverance and looking at the positive side of things. Life comes with hardships, it’s how you confront it that determines the outcome.
I’m so excited to be sharing all the things I’ve been filming, and I’ve already been posting a lot across all my social media.
I’ve changed how I’m doing Substack a bit. Instead of posting everything on Sunday, I’m going to be posting written recipes in conjunction with my video recipes so that you guys have both handy at all times. Plus, I think I will be starting my weekly round-ups on Monday instead of Sunday. This allows me to have a more structured weekend, and I think it also just works better with my new format.
I will be releasing a GOTW (granola of the week) and a FOTW (flavor of the week) most Mondays, which I am so excited about, and it’s also been so nice for me to do.
I’m also toying with the idea of going live once a week on Substack and cooking! I’d release the ingredient list and method the day before, and if anyone wants to, they can cook along with me. I’m thinking that for my paid subscribers, I can give them exclusive access to the comment sections and things like that. I’m so appreciative of everyone who subscribes, especially the people who support me monetarily. I’m still blown away that people do so in the first place!
My weekly meal plans will still be released on Sunday as I feel that allows you to have a better sense of the week ahead and grocery shop accordingly.
All in all, there’s a lot of things coming, a lot of things already being posted- and I can’t wait to go through it all with you!
